Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Tulip Kids. We have a very clear refund policy. Please read it carefully.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 2 weeks before the camp/class starts
  • No refund in other cases like absence / no-show
  • Parents will be notified if a camp/class will be cancelled due to lack of minimum enrollment needed and a choice will be given to move the child to other camp of choice ( if seats available) or refund the camp fee.
